After the mobile repair service (Mobile Service), VinFast continues to launch a 24/7 electric car battery rescue service to support the group of VinFast electric vehicle users in Vietnam. At the moment, only customers using VF e34 vehicles are eligible to use this service.

Specifically, in case electric cars run out of battery along the way, customers can call hotline 1900.23.23.89 (24/7, both weekends and holidays) to request battery rescue service. By June 2022, customers will be able to request services through the app.

After receiving the call, VinFast’s technical team will come to the place, providing an on-site charging solution according to a maximum time frame of 15 minutes/charge with a charge of 300,000 VND/time. Of course, customers can choose multiple charging solutions to match actual requirements.

To ensure safety, VinFast said that the customer’s vehicle location needs to meet requirements such as: allowing rescue vehicles to approach and stop, convenient terrain, ensuring traffic safety…

In the first phase, this service will be deployed in 3 big cities including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang and neighboring provinces with a radius of 100 km from the gateway of the 3 cities mentioned above.

VinFast’s battery rescue vehicle, in essence, acts as a giant “backup charger” with a 100 kWh battery block (taken from the battery of the VF9 model), the same power adapter and a storage charging station. 30 kW motor. With this capacity, each battery rescue vehicle can fully charge 2.5 VF e34s (42 kWh battery capacity).
